In-house Planning Package - $2,500
You and your dedicated event planner will dream up the perfect event to ensure your special day goes smoothly.
Full Service Planning and Design Includes:
• Dedicated event coordinator
• Initial consultation and comprehensive design meeting
• Vendor referrals, contract guidance, and ongoing vendor communication
• Budget creation and financial tracking
• Master timeline creation and task management
• Custom design plan including mood board, floral concepts, linen recommendations and floor plan
layouts
• Sourcing and coordination of wedding décor and design elements
• Curation and management of your full paper suite, including invitations, place cards and signage
• Full design installation on the weeding day
• Transportation coordination for guests and the bridal party
• Final event timeline creation and distribution to all vendors
• On-site coordination and execution with venue staff
• Day-of problem solving and logistics management to ensure a smooth experience
• Post-wedding services including rental returns and collection, sorting, and return of all personal items
• Ceremony and send off package included
Ceremony Package-

Ceremony layout, set up, rehearsal
